Rules of Surfing

Surfing is a sport that usually takes place over the high waves. This exercise is done by using a board as a tool to maneuver over the waves. But did you know that there are basic rules for surfing. Here is the explanation

Alcohol, surfing under the influence is not a good idea

Be Aware, Be careful with other surfers and water users, from wave conditions, and where you are surfing.

Comfort Zone, you have to surf the waves that you feel comfortable

Fitness, Make sure you are physically fit when surfing. You should be able to go back to the beach if you lose the board at the end of an exhausting session-no mean feat in 3 meters of waves.

Food, like swimming, do not go for surf at least 45 minutes after eating.

Fun, surf about fun, keep it in mind as you go the waves.

Beach Patrolled, If you are surfing on a patrolled beach, make sure that Ada remains within the designated surfing area. Take note of where you harsu surfing before you go out, and make sure you keep it when you're out

Priority, always make sure that you do not take other people's waves. Remember that the surfer is closest to the priority wave fringe. If you see someone already on the wave, then the wave is considered taken and you have to wait for the next.

Respect, respect the locals if you visit the beach. Remember that you are a guest and that the waves should be shared.

Coral, If you are caught in a rock, you may not be able to return to the mainland if you are caught in a disaster. Hopefully you already know that on the reef there is a strong current that will usually go directly to the sea. You do not need to panic stay in a quiet position.

Sun Block, always wear a good waterproof sunscreen. You will know how important it is if you have been out for several hours surfing in the sun without it. Also, if you are not wearing a wetsuit, it is a good idea to wear a UV-proof long-sleeve waistcoat for body protection.

Surf Buddy, always berselancara with at least one other person. Not only will you have more fun if you wave your variety, but you will always have someone to help you if you need them.

Surf Condition, make sure that surf is safe before you get into it. If you will be surfing where you are not familiar with it, it is a good idea to get advice from local people

Warm up, always have quick pay and merchandise before entering the waves, This will reduce the risk of injury or muscle spasms. It also gives you time to check out any currents and corals or where the best place to catch the waves.
